General treatments applied to ensure that teeth and gums are both healthy and aesthetically pleasing. Today, one of the most used dental treatments among the treatments for some negative conditions in the teeth is the Leaf Porcelain application, also known as Laminate Coating. Dental veneer method is a type of aesthetic veneer applied by eliminating the situations such as crooked teeth, discoloration, fractures or missing teeth that do not cause the person to smile or cause psychological negativities. Two different materials can be used, these are; Veneers can be obtained from porcelain or composite materials. While composite material may be sufficient to eliminate small gaps between the teeth or to treat small irregularities, laboratory-produced leaf porcelains can provide better results for situations that require more detailed processing.

Dentures

They are removable dentures used to replace lost teeth, allowing you to smile without worry. With the use of this prosthesis, not only the teeth but also the supporting tissues, the amount of which decreases due to osteoporosis, are completed. A correctly planned prosthesis also tolerates to some extent the wrinkles and collapses in the soft tissues that occur with age, especially in the lip and cheek areas of the patient. Complete Dentures (Total): This is an application that can be performed if there are no teeth left in your mouth. They are prostheses made of acrylic that can remain in the mouth with vacuum force by being supported by the bone tissue remaining in the lower and upper jaw. These are prostheses, also known as palate prostheses among the public. Partial Dentures (Partial): It is applied to patients whose number and position of natural teeth are not sufficient for the construction of a fixed bridge prosthesis. These prostheses can be removed by the patient when necessary and easily reattached after necessary maintenance. Partial Dentures are divided into two types of retainers: Crocheted or Hooked: Removable dentures are applied in cases where the abutment teeth cannot bear the load, where there are large missing teeth, or when there are missing tooth areas that do not end with a tooth. If there is a tooth to be used as an abutment in the mouth, a partial denture is made. Partial denture is a tooth and tissue supported prosthesis application. For dental support, ends called clasps are placed on the part of the tooth under the curved area close to the gum to provide retention. Tissue support is provided by the tissue surface on which the prosthesis sits. Thus, the force is distributed to the tooth and tissue. Precision Retainer: Clasps in removable partial dentures may cause aesthetic discomfort, especially in the front teeth. Additionally, the force applied with a clasp to teeth with inadequate gum health may cause tooth loss. In these cases, the force on a single tooth can be distributed by connecting the teeth to each other with crowns. Precision attachment dentures are a type of combined dentures in which toothless spaces are supported with removable prostheses, and shape, color and position disorders of the existing teeth in the mouth are corrected with fixed prostheses. While fixed crowns are being made, ready-made materials called precision attachments are placed on the parts close to the toothless area. Thus, instead of the unaesthetic clasp placed on the crown, a retention system that is not visible in the mouth and does not impair the aesthetics is provided.
